Weekly discussion and support group meetings are now offered at some Depression Support Coalition churches

Trained facilitators lead the weekly discussion and support group meetings, providing information and support to those affected by depression. In this peer-to-peer venue, members relate their lived experiences and share their challenges, disappointments, and successes living with depression.

Weekly discussion and support group meetings will be added at other Coalition churches. The additional meetings will be listed here in the future. Check back often for updates.


Groups meet at Easter Lutheran Church at their Hill location. It’s at the intersection of Pilot Knob Road and Diffley Road. This group will meets weekly on Thursday evenings.


The groups at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Burnsville meet on Tuesday evenings in the Christian Life Center Building


These are facilitator led groups; open to all who suffer from depression and related illnesses as well as family members and friends that support people with depression. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of religious affiliation or spiritual beliefs.
